Due to the nature of digital software and professional consulting services, our refund policy is governed by the following strict guidelines:

Professional Service Fees
Once an IT consultation, security audit, or onsite support session has been completed, the fees are non-refundable.


Software Licensing
No refunds are issued for software licenses or activation keys once they have been delivered or activated on the client’s system.


Custom Development Milestones
For large-scale projects, payments are made based on milestones. Refunds are only available for milestones that have not yet been initiated.


Project Deposits
Initial project deposits (typically 30-50%) are non-refundable as they cover resource allocation and preliminary technical architecture work.


Subscription Services
Monthly IT maintenance or hosting subscriptions can be canceled at any time; however, no refunds are provided for the remaining days of the current billing cycle.


Third-Party Costs
Any costs incurred for third-party assets (e.g., Domain names, SSL certificates, Premium APIs) are strictly non-refundable.


Service Non-Performance
If we fail to initiate a project within 15 days of the agreed-upon start date, a full refund of the most recent payment will be offered.


Technical Compatibility
No refunds are issued for software incompatibility if the hardware requirements were clearly communicated to the client prior to purchase.


Refund Request Window
All refund claims must be submitted in writing within 7 business days of the alleged service failure or delivery error.


Processing Timeline
Approved refunds will be credited back to the original payment method within 14 to 21 business days.
