Digital Product Delivery
Software licenses, credentials, and digital reports are delivered via the client’s registered corporate email within 24 hours of payment.
Software Deployment
Custom applications are considered «delivered» once they are successfully installed and verified in the client’s production environment.
Onsite Installation
For clients in Lahore, we offer onsite deployment at our Gulberg office or at the client’s business location (subject to travel fees).
Remote Deployment
We utilize secure tools like AnyDesk, TeamViewer, or SSH to configure systems for clients across Pakistan and internationally.
Timeline Adherence
Specific delivery timelines for custom development are outlined in the Statement of Work (SOW) and are strictly followed.
Proof of Delivery
Delivery is formally acknowledged via a «System Acceptance Sign-off» or an email confirmation from the client’s authorized representative.
Hardware Shipping
If physical IT hardware (e.g., Servers, Routers) is purchased, it is shipped via premium couriers with insurance and tracking.
International Delivery
All services for clients outside Pakistan are conducted via 100% digital channels and secure cloud portals.
Technical Prerequisites
Delivery assumes the client has provided the necessary hardware, internet bandwidth, and access credentials required for installation.
Post-Delivery Verification
We provide a 72-hour «Stability Window» after digital delivery to ensure all systems are functioning as per the technical specifications.
